I'm actually kinda amazed at how any SD2Vita adapter can be bad at all. There is literally no active or passive circuitry involved, it just connects different pins to each other. Also I don't really get what those "versions" of SD2Vita are supposed to mean, running one or two traces differently shouldn't make any difference to the product.
